Needed 2.50 reading glasses after cataracts removal, and they're great for reading, but not much else. Tried other progressive readers at 2.50 & 2.25, but top of the lens is not 0. Well, one pair was zero at the top, but the reading window at the bottom was quite narrow, so I returned them. Bought these at 1.50 and turns out they are great for driving. The view ahead, the dashboard, glancing at the phone in its holder - I can see them all clearly. Same for TV, laptop, PC. At work, there are numerous monitors are various distance and they readable. For close work or reading within 10 inches, I use the 2.50 or 2.25 glasses. For everything else, I use these.
