We recently got a 2-monitor Dell setup at home and although I adjusted the brightness levels the pressure of the light from the screens still seemed too strong for me. This was an unusual experience for me which lead me to look into getting a pair of blue light/computer glasses. On first putting them on I noticed an immediate difference in the screen pressure. It seemed quite reduced. I have never worn glasses before and know little about this "tech". Nevertheless, I am glad that I decided to purchase these. I use them at work as well. These are functional with a sleek professional look (black pair). Seem quite durable and well made as well.We have tried a pair that sit over prescription glasses but whilst these work for vari-focal if you are watching TV and using a tablet it doesnt work for watching TV when we dont need to wear prescription glasses - so we wanted to try a pair that can be worn on their own.These are reasonably comfortable given that its a one size fits all.The style wont suit everyone - but given that you're not going to the opticians you're taking a chance on how it looks.HArd to confirm actual benfits but it does take a little time to get used to anti-blue light glasses but it does appear to reduce eye strain.These glasses really do look good and effectively do the business. I will always have these in my study when working on my computer and leave them on when looking at the TV too. They give me instant relief and I no longer experience the eye strain as they very efficiently block the blue light coming off my various devices as well as the led lights at night. It really is amazing that they have used a yellow tint yet it really is unnoticeable. It does not affect my perception of colours on my screens.Beautifully crafted in shiny black plastic with strong effective hinges, I can see I will have them for a long time. At the current price of £16.98 I think they are very good value as I can see they will last for many years. I recommend them for people working, gaming or watching TV for any length of time. The frames are of a good size and the hinges are sprung so adjust to the overall width of the head. The eyepieces are a large round style so cover the whole of the eye area. The glasses come with a storage case and a cleaning cloth. Overall they are both stylish and functional and the asking price is what I’d expect to pay.
