Bought these for drinking higher quality wine (lol) very durable and well madeIt doesn’t look like crystal glass to me more like a clear plastic glass. Very light weight but quite sturdy. Overall not bad, the good thing is the packing can protect the glass during shipping so no broken found, but If you ask me whether to buy it again or recommend to anyone I won’t. I bought another beverage glass from Amazon it made in Italy I can see a better quality compare to this product that made in China.I love the styles of these glasses. But I broke 2 in the first week. Be gentleThey look great, feel great in the hand and the shape of the glass makes for a very smooth sip of wine. Unfortunately I did break two of them while hand washing the glasses. So I would say they are the most delicate glasses I've ever purchased. But if you know that going in, and you're careful handling them, I think you'll like them. I do find myself reaching for these more now than my other glasses.I did write to JBHO to let them know I wasn't too happy about breaking half of the glasses on day one. They not only wrote me a very thoughtful note explaining their process in creating the glass and why the rim is thin to optimize delivery, they also immediately sent me two replacement glasses on the house! In today's world, that's says a lot about them as a company. And I say Bravo and thank you!Bottom line: Very nice glasses. Handle them with care and you'll enjoy them.These are very elegant wine glasses that work well for both red and white wine. They are sturdy yet elegant enough to serve at fancy cocktail parties. They come packed well. I liked the first 8 so much I bought 4 more for bigger parties.The price of the item is great.We had a tendency to break all our wine glasses in my apartment. These were no exception, but they're cute! Nice and lightweight (if you like a heavy-feeling glass in your hand, skip these) and I love the big size. I'd repurchase these. They won't last forever, but they do the trick.I bought these glasses thinking they were the same ones my MIL gifted us that had finally all been cracked. Nope. These are thicker and the opening is tiny. I have small hands and I have to just kind of swish the dishrag around with my fingertips because that’s all I can get in the glass. They will do until we can find better.
