These glasses provide great top and side coverage/protection. They are a little snug on the sides of your head, especially if you are wearing them over a surgical cap, but overall, they were comfortable. The only thing I recommend is getting one of those neck cords to keep them from falling on the ground. I broke 2 of the 3 pairs by dropping them. They hit the floor and it's over.
