I needed a pair of sunglasses that would slip over my regular prescription glasses, but was really hesitant to buy a pair-- I just did not want to look like I had just come out of eye surgery every time I wore them. But, I went ahead and gave these a try knowing I could return them if I didn't like them.I loved them from the first time I put them on. They fit great. My eyeglasses fit into them perfectly and the quality of the Duccos is top notch. The look and feel give a very high end sense to them and the quality of the lens exceeds my expectations. They are so comfortable on the eyes.I got the middle level tint, they do have three levels, by accident-- they were the only ones Amazon sold when I purchased and nothing was said about that that I noticed in the write up. However, the tint is perfect for being out in the summer sun.Highly recommend these glasses.I drive part time delivering food, so I am out in the sun for a few hours at a time. My eyes were killing me and I could barely see the few times I was driving as the sun went down. I bought these over eyeglass ? in pink and they are amazing. It does seem like they lessen the my ability to read signs (I have bifocals), but GPS compensates for that too a certain extent. I have had to make a few sudden turns which isn't good, because people tailgate and are on their phones and not paying attention. I also use my turn signal and slow down a bit in order to have more reaction time. I can't see red numbers on gas price signs at stations. My phone screen is dark, but I only listen to my GPS and not look at it when driving.I feel like it is worth the risk of the downsides in order to avoid going blind. They come with a carrying case and carabineer, plus some sort of tool. I am really glad I bought them.I purchased my first pair of these shades mainly for their wraparound qualities. As a construction worker, I need to have shades to protect my vision when I work outdoors, but I also need safety glasses to protect my eyes from flying debris. These shades were wide enough to fit over my prescription eyeglasses, which is what I primarily wanted. And they kept my eyes safe, from both airborne particles and excess light, for over three years, a good return on the modest price.Because the lenses are polarized, they don't simply obscure what you see, as darkened lenses do. Instead, these lenses screen excess light, particularly light reflected at odd angles from solid surfaces, reducing the glare of glass and metal. Because I spend plenty of time around these materials in my industry, minimizing the glare is a high priority. When I have these shades on, shiny reflective surfaces don't blind me, but also, my vision is clear and unimpeded by darkness. So, to recap, these shades protect me from excess light, and also from flying debris. They're wide enough to fit over my glasses, so I don't have to switch between indoor and outdoor glasses; I just pop my shades on over my regular glasses. These shades are so wide, in fact, that I have no frames in my field of view, keeping my vision clear at the sides, which is important both at work and while driving. I definitely recommend these for users who need clear and unobstructed views. As I said, I had my first pair for three years. In that time, I did get them knocked around mildly, as you do in the manual trades. The left lens popped out, and you know how it is, once it comes out, it never quite fits back the same way again. These shades are sturdy enough for most regular circumstances, but if you work in conditions where you might come in for some physical abuse, you might try the next level up, because you don't want to lose a lens at the wrong moment. These shades come packaged in a zippered case with a cleaning cloth. If you only need these shades for driving, you can probably keep them in the case, and store it in your glove compartment. If, like me, you expect to wear them for work, you'll almost certainly wind up misplacing the case, because you'll seldom use it. Just put the cleaning cloth somewhere useful, because you can use it on both your shades and your regular glasses. The cloth is definitely worth hanging onto. After three years, I misplaced my shades, a routine mistake. So I got another pair. Putting them on, I realized that in the intervening years, some of the polarized finish had worn off the lenses from repeated cleaning, particularly around the edges. The new ones worked much better, in a way you have to experience to understand. Therefore, I recommend you anticipate these shades to have a three-year life expectancy. Which, at this price, is pretty good.In the market of competitive commerce, there is one ultimate statement you can make about consumer goods like these: when the first one wore out, I came back and bought a second. That's my situation. I liked these so much that, when I needed to replace them, I got the same ones again, because they filled my needs. Don't expect them to withstand too much abuse, and don't test them beyond their capacity. But for work or driving shades, I recommend them.I have a collection of over-prescription-glasses sunglasses; What drew me to this pair was the unique color. It varied a little from the on-line picture (as happens) but I love it and the fit of the glasses is perfect (measuring instructions are very accurate.) What I hadn’t noticed was the list of bonus items that come with the glasses. All are very useful and were a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!Great sun glasses! Use ever day over my prescription glasses when driving. Just bought a second pair as back up for a cruise I'll be taking in December. So much better quality than what Walmat sells and and for just a few dollars more. Comes with a hard case and soft case with cleaner cloths. Good deal all around. After I found a previous name brand uncomfortable, I tried these & am quite pleased after about a week:1. Comfortable2. Like the non-slip silicone temples and nose pads -- so far, they are non-slip for me (non-athletic use)3. NO pressure points, even though my ears and nose are particularly sensitive!4. VERY nice fairly hard case included, and that's a big deal because another brand's pair also broke probably from inadequate protection.5. Both glasses and case are lightweight -- my kitchen scale read 1.1 ozs. for glasses, and I think only 2.1 ozs. for case.A really great deal for the just under $20 I paid, so much so that I already got a 2nd pair!6. If you need a lanyard, I found the following that actually fit the wide temple ends that have an angle: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MPC2DL1?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details. They are designed to fit temples of this size, but to easier get them on, I first spread the ends with 2 pens: first a thin one that has NO grip to impede sliding, then a thicker one. First I pushed the lanyard on, then I pulled with finger nails.7. Update after travel: the FREE somewhat hard case protected my glasses in CHECKED soft sided Luggage that went through a plane change, too! The case does compress a bit if pressure is applied, but happily that didn't hurt the glasses a bit. I wouldn't put them in an outer soft pocket, though; that's asking for trouble, I think.
